How to make coconut tomato chicken soup

1.Prepare the ingredients

2.Wash the glutinous rice

3.Drain the washed glutinous rice

4.Use a knife to open an opening in the coconut

5.Pour the coconut juice into the glutinous rice

6.Cover with plastic wrap and soak overnight

7.The next day, take out the glutinous rice and soak it in coconut juice for later use (I made coconut rice for the glutinous rice, as shown in the previous recipe)

9. Blanch the chicken and put it into a bowl
