How to make loofah and duck soup

1. Wash the duck Cut into cubes.

2. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil.Put the duck in and blanch it for five minutes before taking it out.Rinse with running cold water.

3. Wash the ginger slices, wash and tie the green onions.

4.Put water, duck, onion, ginger and cooking wine into the pot.After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer until the duck meat is tender.

5.Peel the loofah, wash it, cut into thick pieces, and set aside.

6. Remove the onion and ginger after the duck meat is soft.

7.Add the loofah and continue to simmer until the loofah is cooked.

8.Put in an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and delicious duck soup and it's ready.
Tips
1.Use chopsticks to poke the duck meat.If it goes in easily, it means the duck meat is almost soft and cooked.
2.Don’t add water after adding the loofah.Even if the soup barely covers the loofah, don’t add water.Just push the loofah to the bottom of the pot, because the loofah itself will precipitate a lot of water.
