How to make New Zealand fish maw and bird's nest chicken soup

1. Soak fish maw in advance, cut into small pieces and set aside;

2. Cut the native chicken into cubes and set aside;

3.Slice the ginger and set aside;

4. Soaked fish maw in advance , native chicken, astragalus and ginger are put into a stew pot, add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 3 hours;
