Ingredients
Rehmannia glutinosa ( 20g ) | Winter melon ( 500g ) |
Pork bones ( 500 grams ) | Ginger slices (appropriate amount) |
Water ( 2.5L ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe of Rehmannia Winter Melon and Pork Bone Soup

1.Cut the prepared pork bones into pieces and wash them

2.Wash the cooked rehmannia glutinosa

3.Put the pork bones and cooked rehmannia into the pot

4.Slice the ginger and pour it into the pot

5.Add 2500ml of water (about 10 bowls) into the pot
