Spinach ( 150g ) | Fresh roasted green algae ( 1 small handful ) |
Egg white ( 1 ) | Cilantro ( 1g ) |

Sesame oil ( 5-6 drops ) | Clear water ( 2 bowls ) |
How to make spinach, green algae and egg drop soup
1.Picture of the finished product.
2.Remove the spinach roots, wash them, blanch them and fish them out.

3.Place in cold water, control moisture, and cut into small pieces.

4. Prepare green algae, egg white and minced coriander.

5. Pour water into the casserole, add spinach and green algae.

6. Bring to a boil over high heat and add salt and pepper.

7. Pour in the egg white and mix well.(Skim off the foam)

8.Finally, sprinkle in the coriander powder and drizzle in the sesame oil.Stir well.

9. Let it dry until it is not hot and then drink.
Tips
