How to strengthen the spleen and lungs with yam and pig pancreas soup

1.Wash and cut pig pancreas into pieces

2.Wash the yams and soak them in cold water for 15 minutes
Wash the red dates and slice the ginger
3.Put all ingredients into a stew pot and add 300ml of water
4.Simmer for 1.5 hours and add salt
Tips
After buying the pig pancreas, remove the white part behind it, then scratch it with starch and rinse it clean to remove the smell
