Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 300g ) | Spine ( 150g span> ) |
Ginger slices ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |

Recipe of Stewed Pumpkin Backbone

1.Soak the spine in cold water for half an hour

2. Brush the pumpkin clean and leave the skin on

3.Cut into large pieces

4.Prepare ginger slices and chopped green onion

Tips
If you want to eat in a hurry, you can blanch the spine first, wash it and put it in a pressure cooker for about half an hour.
