1. Prepare all materials for later use

2. Wash black beans, shiitake mushrooms, red dates, and ribs and set aside

7.Close the lid

8.Bring to a boil over high heat

Tips
When cooking black beans and mushrooms, it is best to soak them in advance.The ribs can be blanched or not, it’s personal.I think the soup will taste better if it is cooked without boiling the water
