How to make mugwort leaf tofu soup

1.Wash the mugwort leaves and drain them

2.Prepare ginger slices and chopped green onion

3. Wash and chop the tofu and put it into a steaming bowl

4.Add ginger slices and salt

5.Add mugwort leaves and appropriate amount of water

6.Put it into the pot and steam for half an hour

7. Wash and set aside wolfberry

8. Take out the steamed mugwort leaf tofu from the pot, pinch out the mugwort leaves and ginger slices and discard them

9.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and wolfberry

10.Pour in olive oil
