How to make shrimp and tofu soup in golden soup

1. Prepare shrimp, salted egg yolk, soft tofu, onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Pickled shrimps, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch.

3. Stir evenly and marinate for ten minutes.

4. Cut the tender tofu into cubes and set aside.

5. Rinse off the marinade from the marinated shrimp, rinse it several times, and rinse thoroughly.

6. Wash the shrimps, drain them and set aside.

7. Cut the salted egg yolk into small pieces and set aside.

8.Put oil in the pot, pour in the shrimp and stir-fry.
