Ingredients
Fish head ( 1 ) | Enoki mushrooms ( 50g ) |
Tofu ( Half a piece ) | Garlic ( Small clove span> ) |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( 2 grams ) | Tangerine peel ( 2 grams ) |
chopped green onion ( a little ) | |
pepper ( A little ) | Lemon ( 3 slices ) |
Hawthorn ( 1 ) |
How to make sour fish head soup (the first choice for children who don’t like to eat)

1. Wash the fish head and set aside.(I originally bought crucian carp, but it is no longer available.It is better to use crucian carp or big head fish head)

2. Fry until browned over low heat, add garlic, tangerine peel and Sichuan peppercorns.(Children are afraid of numbness, so don’t add Sichuan peppercorns)

3. Bring water to a boil, add lemon and hawthorn and cook for 15 minutes.

4.Finally add salt, chopped green onion and pepper.Just season.(You can leave it out if you don’t like pepper)
