Ingredients
Pork belly (200g) | Ginger ( 10g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Cooking wine ( 8g ) |
Chicken Essence ( 1.5g ) | |

Sour soup base: light soy sauce ( 15g ) | Sour soup base: black rice vinegar ( 15g ) |
Sour soup base: boiling water (appropriate amount) | Sour soup base: chicken essence (a little) |
Sour soup base: white pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Green cabbage leaves ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make meatballs in sour soup

1.Cut the pork belly and ginger into small pieces and grind them into a meat grinder

2.Add all the seasonings in the picture to the minced meat filling, and stir well in one direction

3.Add an appropriate amount of cornstarch, stir in one direction and beat vigorously

4. Finally, take a look at the status, squeeze it with your hands, and it will take shape

5.Water in the pot Heat the meatballs while squeezing them, (do not boil the water, keep the water temperature around 90 degrees)
