Tomato ( 1/2 pieces ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
| Shiitake mushrooms ( 4 ) | Tofu ( 1/2 piece ) |
Enoki mushroom ( 1 handful ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt (appropriate amount) |
How to make tomato, mushroom and tofu soup

1. Wash and cut all the ingredients you need and set aside.Add some salt to the boiling water for tofu and let it drain.The eggs are fried, rolled up and cut into strips.

2. Stir-fry the tomatoes to produce juice

3.Put the fried tomatoes into the soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

4.Open the water, add the shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms and bring to a boil.

5. Add egg sticks and tofu, bring to a boil and season with appropriate amount of salt.

6.After adding the tofu, do not simmer the pot, as the tofu will expand easily, so use low heat.If you like chives, you can add some.

7. This is purely my first time trying to make it.The soup is very fresh overall.It’s not bad.It’s said that it’s a fat-reducing meal, but I’m not sure yet.If you like it, you can try it!
