How to make yam and pigeon soup

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Blanch the pigeons and add appropriate amount of cooking wine when blanching.

3. Cut the yam into sections.

4.Put the pigeon, soaked mushrooms and yam into the casserole and add enough of water, add jujubes, ginger slices, and green onions into knots.After simmering for two hours, pick out the onion knots, add wolfberry, appropriate amount of salt and rice wine juice and cook for another two to three minutes.
