Ingredients
Radish ( 500g ) | Pork Ribs ( 400g ) |
Salt ( 15g ) | Scallions ( 15g ) | Ginger slices ( 10g ) | Small red pepper ( Half ) |

1.Wash the pork ribs and cut them with a knife

2.Wash the radish and change the knife

3.Put a piece of ginger ribs into boiling water and boil it

4.Skim off the scum

5.In another pot, add water just enough to cover the ingredients, add green onions and ginger slices

6.Stew for 50 minutes, remove the green onions

7.Add Salt to taste

8. Garnish with chives, cilantro, and half a small red pepper.Have an appetite
