Ingredients
Clams ( 300g ) | Tofu ( 1 piece ) |
| Cucumber ( 1 root ) | Scallions ( 1 Root ) |
Ginger ( A small amount ) | Cilantro ( 1 root ) |
Oil ( 5 grams ) | Salt ( 3g ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | White pepper ( a small amount ) |
Sesame oil ( A few drops ) |
How to make clam tofu soup

1. Prepare clams, tofu, cucumber, minced green onions and minced ginger.

2.Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the minced onions and ginger.

3. Pour in the tofu cubes and stir-fry evenly.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add salt and oyster sauce.

5. After the pot is boiled, add the clams and continue to cook for 5 minutes.

6.Add cucumber slices and boil for two minutes.

7.Add shallots and coriander.

8. Take out the pan and sprinkle with white pepper and drop a few drops of sesame oil.

9.A bowl of bright food is ready!
