Recipe of braised pork ribs with sauerkraut

3.Ingredients: One sauerkraut.

4.Ingredients: scallions, ginger slices and peppercorns and star anise.

5.Pour appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan.

Tips
1.If you don’t like to eat food with strong sourness, add more base oil to remove the sourness of sauerkraut;
