How to make carp and tofu soup

1.Carp Wash, add cooking wine, pepper, and salt and marinate for about 30 minutes.

2. Coat the fish pieces in starch and fry until golden brown.

3.Put onion, ginger, garlic and fish pieces in the oil pan, add enough cold water and bring to a boil.

4. After boiling, turn the fish head over, then boil again, add tofu and cook for about 20 minutes.Add pepper, vinegar, and salt to taste, and cook for about 10 minutes.

5.Turn off the heat and add coriander.

6. Take out the pot.

Tips
The fish must be washed and the black lining removed.
