Ingredients
Pork Ribs ( 2 ) | Radish ( 1 ) |
Ginger ( 1 piece ) | Green onions ( 1 section ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Scallions ( 1 root ) |
How to make radish and pork ribs soup

1.The ingredients are as shown below

2.Wash the ribs and blanch them in a pot of cold water

3.Peel and cut radish into pieces

4. Wash and break the ginger, wash and cut the green onions into sections.

5. Blanch the ribs until the water boils

6. Remove the ribs and rinse them with warm water

7.Put the spareribs, ginger and green onions into a casserole

8. Pour in appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for an hour.

9.Put in radish

10. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for half an hour
