How to make homemade sweet wine

Tips
During the whole process, oil must not be visible on the glutinous rice and the utensils, otherwise the fermentation will fail.Be sure to wait until the glutinous rice is cold enough not to be hot to touch before adding distiller's yeast, otherwise the bacteria will be scalded to death.In winter, the temperature is low and the fermentation time is long.Summer will be much better.
