1. Boil water in a pot and bring to a boil.(There is no fixed amount of water, as long as it is not too little.)

2. Add sago.(Add according to personal preference.)

3. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and wait until the gas valve sounds.Turn off after one minute.

4.Take another container, pour the tea leaves, and close the lid.(The tea in the first pass needs to be thrown away, and it should be brewed for about 30 seconds to one minute.)

5.Pour away the first batch of tea and brew it again.(Remember to close the lid.)

6.Wait for about ten minutes, take out the tea leaves, and add White sugar.

7. Take out the cooked sago and put it into the prepared green tea.

Tips
1.It is faster to cook sago in a pressure cooker, so I chose the pressure cooker this time.
2.When cooking sago, you must wait until the water in the pot boils before pouring it in, otherwise the water will become turbid.
3.Whether the sago is truly cooked depends on whether there are white traces left after the sago is cooked.The cooked sago should be transparent.
4.After cooking the sago, you can run it through cold water to make the sago more elastic.
