Ingredients
Chicken ( 1 ) | Millet pepper ( 8 pieces ) |

Dark soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Five-spice powder ( a little ) |
Green onions ( 1 measure ) | Ginger ( 1 small piece ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Octagonal ( 2 ) |
Rock sugar ( 6 pieces ) | Pepper ( A little ) |
Beer chicken Method

1.Chop the chicken into pieces in advance, wash it, and add green onions., ginger, garlic, millet pepper, star anise, and green garlic sprouts.

2. Slice ginger and green onions, pat loose garlic, cut green garlic sprouts into sections, and rock sugar

3. Place the chicken pieces in cold water, add peppercorns, bring to a boil and blanch.

4. Take out, wash away the foam and control to dry.

5.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the water becomes slightly brown.

6.Add green onion slices, ginger slices, garlic, millet pepper, rock sugar and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Pour in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

8. Pour in beer, add salt and allspice and bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer over low heat 30 to 40 minutes

9. When the juice is reduced over high heat, add green garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

10.Place on a plate and serve.
Tips
When frying the chicken pieces, try to dry out the water to make them more delicious.If millet pepper is not available, dry chili pepper can be substituted.
