How to stir-fry bacon with garlic sprouts

1.Cut the bacon into thin slices and set aside.

2. Wash the garlic seedlings and cut them into oblique sections, and separate the stems and leaves.

3. Chop the onion and ginger into small pieces and set aside.

4. Pour oil into the pot and heat the onion and ginger until fragrant.

5. Add a small amount of light soy sauce to the bacon and stir-fry until translucent.

6. Add the garlic stems and stir-fry evenly.

7. When the stems of the garlic sprouts soften, add the garlic sprouts leaves and stir-fry.

8.Add a small amount of salt and chicken essence and serve.

9.Plate and serve with a bowl of fragrant rice and enjoy.
Tips
Use less salt and soy sauce, as bacon is inherently salty.
