Salt ( a little ) | Cooking wine ( Half tablespoon ) | White sugar ( Half teaspoon ) | MSG(a little) |
Ginger ( 1 small piece ) | tempeh ( half a tablespoon ) |
How to make fried meat with salt and pepper

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Wash the pork belly, green garlic and ginger, add bean paste and bean curd.

2. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, cut the green garlic into inch-long sections, and dice the ginger.

3. Heat the oil in the wok, add the raw meat slices and stir-fry until the oil spits out., becomes slightly yellow and slightly curled.
