How to make salt and pepper prawns

2. Remove the shrimp lines, remove the shrimp whiskers, wash and set aside.

4. Marinate the prawns for about 20 minutes.

Tips
First remove the shrimp line from the prawns, cut the back, and use a toothpick to easily pick out the shrimp line in the middle third section.
The longer the marinating time is, the more delicious it will be.
Fry over medium-low heat until deep-fried, less oil is healthier.
You can sprinkle cumin, salt and pepper, black pepper, etc.according to taste.
