Chicken wings ( 12 pieces ) | Pumpkin ( One piece ) |
Ginger ( One Small pieces ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Bell pepper ( Half ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
| Light soy sauce ( a spoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( Half spoon ) |
green onions ( two ) |
How to make steamed pumpkin wings

1.Peel and devein the pumpkin

2.Cut into uniform thick slices

3.Wash the chicken wings and chop them in half

4.Half Chop the bell pepper

5. Mince ginger and garlic

6. Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

7.Add bell pepper and stir-fry

8.Pour in the chicken wings and stir-fry

9.Add appropriate amount of salt

10.A spoonful of light soy sauce
