Recipe for braised pork trotters with soy sauce that is worth a lot of money

1.Clean three pounds of pig's trotters, soak the bleeding water in clean water, drain the water and set aside.

2.Wash a large handful of soybeans.

3. Prepare 2 pieces of dried ginger, 5 pieces of bay leaves, and 3 star anise , a pinch of Sichuan peppercorns, a handful of dried chili peppers and set aside.

Tips
After cleaning the pig's trotters, be sure to control the moisture or use special kitchen paper towels to dry them.Be careful as you may get burned when frying the sugar.Choose the type of bean paste that is used for dipping vegetables.Add salt according to your own taste when the juice is finally reduced.Don’t add salt in the middle!
