Fried and stuffed bitter melon Recipe

1.Clean a bitter melon and remove the head.After removing the tail, dig out the inner capsule.

2. Prepare 150 grams of pork filling, add a spoonful of original flavor, a spoonful of cooking wine, and a spoonful of oyster sauce , appropriate amount of salt and pepper, a tablespoon of cornstarch.

3. Stir in one direction and stir evenly.

4. Fill the bitter melon with meat filling.

5. Cut evenly into small sections more than 1.5 cm thick.

8. Chop two cloves of garlic.

Tips
The meat filling in the bitter melon does not need to be filled too full, it should be about 90% full, so that it will not overflow when cutting.Because this bean paste contains sugar and salt, it has a rich taste, so there is no need to add other condiments during the cooking process.
