How to stir-fry preserved eggs and green peppers

1.Wash and prepare the ingredients

2. Remove the stems and seeds of the green and red peppers.Cut into small pieces

3.Peel the preserved eggs, wash and cut into small pieces

4.Prepare minced onion, ginger and garlic
5.Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant-
