Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Pepper ( 2 grams ) |

How to stir-fry diced chicken with king oyster mushroom

1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into small cubes, add cooking wine and starch, mix well and marinate for preparation

2.Wash and cut king oyster mushrooms into small cubes

4.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

5.Put the starch into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, add salt, pepper, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and set aside
