How to stir-fry celery and dry it

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Remove the gluten from the celery and break it into small pieces.Wash the dried coriander, garlic and dried chili peppers.

2. Cut the dried sesame into thick shreds, slice the garlic, and cut the dried chili into knots.

3. Boil the water in the pot, add the dried incense and blanch the water.

4. Remove the dry water and set aside.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic slices and dried chili pepper knots and stir-fry until fragrant.

6.Pour in the parsley and stir-fry until half cooked.

7. Pour in the dried fragrant spices and stir-fry, add sugar, pepper, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly to incorporate the flavour.

8.Add salt and MSG and stir-fry evenly.

9.Place on a plate and serve.

1.After blanching the dried fragrant seeds in water, they taste better when fried.2.Remove an appropriate amount of celery and fry it until it becomes tender.3.MSG can be added according to personal taste.
