How to make sweet and sour pork ribs

1. Place the ribs in the pot under cold water and remove after boiling Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and set aside

2.Cut the ginger and garlic into small slices

3.Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, then add rock sugar and melt over low heat

4.Add in the ribs and stir-fry until browned

5.Add ginger, garlic and star anise and stir-fry evenly

6.Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar and stir-fry until browned, then pour in boiling water to cover the ribs and simmer for 40-50 minutes

7.Change the fire to reduce the juice

8.Put it on the plate, there is no sesame so I didn’t sprinkle it
Tips
Be sure to cook over low heat and for enough time.The same goes for the fried sugar.If you are in a hurry, it will easily burn.
