How to cook braised beef ribs with chestnuts

1.First take a box of fresh beef ribs to defrost

2.Put the beef ribs in cold water, blanch the onion, ginger and cooking wine, remove, wash and drain

3. After the oil is hot, add onion, ginger, garlic, chili, aniseed, and beef steak and stir-fry Evenly

4.Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and rock sugar and stir-fry until colored, then add water , bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes, then add chestnuts
