Home-style fried pork slices

1.Wash the pork and cut into thin slices

2.Peel, wash and slice lettuce

Tips
When blanching the lettuce, bring it to a boil over high heat and quickly remove and drain the water.When you put it into the pot again, stir-fry evenly.This tastes crisp and refreshing.
