How to make pickled tofu fish

1.A black fish

3.Remove the head and bones , fish slices.

4. Divide fish meat and fish bones into two bowls, put rice wine, ginger, cornstarch and salt respectively.(Do not put cornstarch in the fish bones).

Tips
