How to make cauliflower slices

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2.Tear the cauliflower into small florets and cut off the roots.Soak in light salt water for twenty minutes to remove residual pesticides and any insects will come out.

3.Pick off the heads of green onions and end the yellow leaves.Select the green onions, clean them and cut them into finely chopped pieces.

4. Wash the pork and cut into thin slices.Add appropriate amount of salt and spread evenly with your hands.Marinate for about ten minutes.

8. Pour away the water in which the cauliflower was cooked and wipe the pot dry.Heat the pot and pour appropriate amount of peanut oil.Heat 50% of the oil, add the pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry briefly.

9.Put in the cauliflower and green onion.Stir well and turn off the heat.
