Ingredients
Soybean sprouts ( 250g ) | Onion, ginger and garlic (Appropriate amount ) |
Small Hangjiao ( one ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry soybean sprouts

1.Pinch off the ends of soybean sprouts and wash them.

2. Remove, drain and set aside.

3. Chop onions, ginger, garlic and small peppers and set aside.

4.Put oil in the pot and heat it up.
