Tomatoes: produce fluid and quench thirst
Ingredients
Wings ( 10 ) | Onions ( 1/2 pieces ) |
Tomatoes ( 1 piece ) | Ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt ( appropriate amount ) | Cumin powder, chili powder (appropriate amount) |
How to grill chicken wings

1.Chop onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic, and then puree them with a food processor (the machine I have at home is not very easy to use, so I just chop them into pieces, the more minced they become.The better);

2.Put a little oil in the pot and pour in all the ingredients you just prepared.Then add sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little salt if it feels too light.Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until the sauce becomes thick.Turn off the heat and let cool for later use;

3. Squeeze out the water from the washed and soaked wings, and make incisions to facilitate the flavor;

4. Pour the wings into the sauce and mix well, put it into a plastic bag and marinate it in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours;

5.Take out the wings before grilling and try to remove excess sauce on them;

6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, bake the upper layer in the hot air mode for 25-30 minutes, turn over in the middle, until both sides are slightly browned.Sprinkle chili powder and cumin powder according to your own taste, and serve on a plate.
Tips
During the marinating process in the refrigerator, remember to flip the fresh-keeping bag to ensure that the flavors are evenly absorbed into the wings; when grilling, place the wings on the grill with a baking sheet lined with tin foil underneath to catch the fallen fat, making it easier to clean.
