Ingredients
Tofu (300g) | Onion (appropriate amount ) |

How to make tomato sauce tofu

1. Prepare tofu, wash green onions and set aside.It can also be made from large pieces of white tofu.

2. Cut the tofu into small cubes or triangles.

3. Prepare half a bowl of water, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato paste, cornstarch, and mix thoroughly spare.

4.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, put the tofu in the pot and start frying.Fry over medium-low heat.

5. Fry both sides until slightly brown

6. After frying the tofu, turn to high heat, pour the prepared juice on top of the tofu, and then add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.

7. Stir carefully to reduce the juice.When the soup is almost dry, add Mix green onions and mix well.

Tips
Don’t fry the tofu too dry or hard, it will taste better if it is tender.
The soup prepared in Figure 3 should be stirred evenly before adding to the pot, because cornstarch will sink to the bottom.
