How to make stir-fried meat with garlic sprouts

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Cut and wash the garlic sprouts in advance, 1 piece of pork belly, half of red pepper, and 1 small piece of ginger.

2. Dice the ginger and cut the red pepper into small pieces.

3. Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

4.Put oil in the pot and sprinkle a little salt.

5. Add pork belly and fry until oil spits out.

6. After frying until it changes color and spits oil, add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Pour in the garlic sprouts and red pepper and stir well.

Tips
If you like a stronger flavor, you can add a little oyster sauce and stir-fry before serving.Sprinkle a little salt in the pan before frying the pork belly to prevent oil from splattering when frying.(This step can be based on personal preference, or you can fry the meat directly without adding oil).When adding salt to taste, add as little as possible to avoid being overly salty.
