Shrimp ( 10 pieces ) | Bitter melon ( half ) |
Egg white ( 1 piece ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |

How to stir-fry bitter melon with shrimp

1. Wash and peel off the shells of the shrimps, wash and slice the bitter melon into slices

2. Heat the oil in the pot, add the shrimp and stir-fry quickly, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

3. Pour in the bitter melon and stir-fry for a few minutes, add salt, light soy sauce, mature vinegar and chopped green onion to taste

Tips
The shrimps and some egg white will taste better.The shredded ginger should be put down and stir-fried first, so that the fragrance can be stirred out.When stir-frying the bitter gourd, add a little water to prevent it from burning.
