How to make fried meat with okra

1.Wash and slice the okra and pour it under boiling water

2.Cut green peppers into cubes and shred red peppers

3.Shred onions and ginger, pork belly and slices

4.Heat oil, add pork belly and stir-fry until lightly browned.Add onion, ginger, cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured

5.Pour in the watered okra and green and red peppers and stir-fry

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and MSG and stir-fry evenly
