How to make fish maw, abalone and chicken casserole

1. Fish maw needs to be steamed with ginger slices for 10 minutes and then soaked in water

2. Wash and cut the chicken wings into pieces, add oyster sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, starch, pepper, salt, and sugar , stir evenly and marinate for 20 minutes

Tips
