Ingredients
Huang Yatou ( 4 pieces ) | Tofu ( One piece ) |
Green and red peppers ( One each ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Salt, chicken essence (appropriate amount) | |
Dark soy sauce , light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Onions ( Two roots ) | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
How to cook tofu by Huang Yatou

1. Heat the pan, add oil, add Huang Yatou and fry until both sides are golden

2.Add ginger and appropriate amount of cooking wine, add water slightly covering the fish, pour in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and green onion

3.After the water boils, add the tofu, turn to medium-low heat, cover the pot and cook for a while

4. Boil until half of the water is left, add green and red peppers and garlic seeds, add salt and chicken essence and reduce the juice over high heat.Don't cook it too dry, leave some soup and it will be ready!
