How to make salt and pepper tofu

1. Soak the tofu in light salt water for about half an hour.

2.Then cut the tofu into equal-sized pieces

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up and add the cut tofu cubes.

5. Fry until golden on all sides and set aside.

6. Leave the base oil in the pot and add the prepared sweet and sour sauce.

7. Cook until the soup thickens and pour in the fried tofu.
