1.Prepare ingredients

2.Cut off the head and tail of the fish, take out the internal organs, and wash the gills

3.Cut along the back of the fish without cutting off
4.Chop ginger, onion, garlic and red pepper into powder

5.Put the fish in cooking wine, marinate with green onion, ginger and white pepper for a while to remove the smell

6. Bowl sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce)
