How to make stir-fried chicken

1.Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces, wash off the blood and drain the water and set aside

2.Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside.Cut green and red pepper into small pieces and set aside.

3.Salt, chicken essence, sugar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce are mixed into the sauce and set aside

4.In the pot When the oil is 50% warm, add ginger and garlic

5. Saute ginger and garlic until fragrant, add chicken and stir-fry , stir-fry the chicken oil, add star anise, stir-fry with cooking wine until fragrant
