How to make braised pork

1.Cut the pork belly into small pieces

2. Pour cold water into the pot Fishy three-piece set (onion and ginger cooking wine)

3. Boil the foam and remove it

4. Heat oil in a pan and pour rock sugar (remember to melt over low heat)
6.Add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves
