Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( Half spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( 0.5g ) |
Oil ( 2 tablespoons ) |
How to make soy sauce chicken

1.Clean the chicken, drain and set aside

2. Slice the ginger, pat and peel the garlic

3.Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Fry the chicken until the skin is golden brown, add garlic and saute until fragrant

5.Add water

6.Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir well

7.Add the bundled green onions

8.Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes

9.Add the unformed eggs, cover the pot and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.Don’t let the juice become too dry

10. Remove from the pan, plate and let cool

12.Chop the chicken into small pieces
