Potatoes: harmonize the stomach
Ingredients
Potatoes (400g) | Grated ginger (appropriate amount ) |
Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Coriander leaves ( One ) |
Dried chili powder ( a little ) | Cumin powder ( a little ) |
Cumin Granules ( a little ) | Oyster sauce ( a spoonful ) |
How to braise potatoes

1.Wash potatoes with skin on, cut into pieces according to personal preference and set aside

2.Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add potato cubes and cook

3.Drain and set aside

4.Minced garlic and ginger, cut into pieces and set aside

5. Heat the oil pan to 60% Heat, add potato cubes and fry briefly

6. Fry until both sides are golden brown, serve out and set aside

7.Put oil into another pot, add minced ginger, minced garlic and saute until fragrant, add all seasonings (except oyster sauce) Saute until fragrant

8.Put the potatoes into the pot and stir-fry evenly, add a spoonful of oyster sauce and an appropriate amount of salt p>

9. Take the finished product out of the pot and put a coriander leaf for decoration
Tips
I didn’t buy baby potatoes today, so I had to cut them , it’s better to have small potatoes, no need to peel the potatoes! If you have Sichuan peppercorns and salt, you can add some.I use regular table salt.
